Carriage costs and delivery information

Carriage costs

At present, we only deliver within Europe.

Mainland France, Corsica and Monaco :
For orders of less than 50, a flat contribution of 7 to carriage costs is billed.
For orders of 50 or more, carriage is free of charge!

DOM (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion and Guyane):
For orders of less than 75, a flat contribution of 15 to carriage costs is billed.
For orders of 75 or more, carriage is free of charge!

EU countries, Switzerland and Norway:
For orders of less than 75, a flat contribution of 10 to carriage costs is billed.
For orders of 75 or more, carriage is free of charge!

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the availability of ordered products (expressed in working days and excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays) and are calculated from the date of order validation.

We dispatch within 24-72 hours.
Once dispatched, your goods are delivered within 24-48 hours (mainland France and Corsica).

NB: Orders are not processed at weekends and on bank holidays. Orders paid for by cheque are considered as validated on receipt of the payment corresponding to settlement of said orders.

Delivery method

All orders are sent using the tracked Colissimo service (operated by the French post office) to EU countries, Switzerland and Norway.
If you are out when your order is delivered, an attempted-delivery note is systematically left at your address.

Management of returned goods

1. Satisfied or Your Money Back
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can change your mind and obtain a refund. You just need to notify us by e-mail within seven days of delivery.

2. After-Sales Service
All products sold by Artdesign.fr are guaranteed. If you have a problem with a product, please contact our after-sales service.
