German-born graphic designer and plastic artist Malte Martin has been influenced by many movements. His pathway began at the fine art schools of Stuttgart then Paris, where he subsequently joined the Grapus atelier. Through his non-profit organisation Agrafmobile, Martin opens up spaces for encounters and dialogues, as he strives to grab residents’ attention and encourage them to repossess their towns and cities. Since 2006 he has been charged with the visual identity of the Théâtre de l’Athénée, Paris.
